Installation of the last apartments in the Olesa Promotion

During the month of December, the assembly of the last apartments of the Olesa Promotion was completed, achieving a key milestone in the development of the project. In total, the promotion has included the installation of 95 modules: 72 housing modules, 18 roof modules, 4 stair modules, and 1 module designated for a technical room on the roof.

The residential complex consists of 28 housing units, distributed among 12 one-bedroom apartments, 15 two-bedroom apartments, and 1 adapted two-bedroom unit, addressing different housing needs. 

With this phase completed, the work continues to progress with the interior finishing and exterior landscaping, bringing us closer to the culmination of a project that stands out for its efficiency and the quality of its construction process.
